| A small, just under 12 inch wooden propellor blade for a first war aircraft and which would be used to power a dynamo or feed a windspeed instrument, it is complete with its centre metal fitting/coupling, not known what aircraft its from, condition is good although there is a chip out of the wood on one blade end. |

| A good british trench knife made from a 07 bayonet, the blade shortned to 6 inches and sharpened, all markings removed, hilt has had the pommel with fixing points removed but the cross guard with its muzzle ring is left unaltered, original wood grips are retained, missing whatever scabbard may have been used, condition is good. |

| An excellent silk scarf or hankerchief which looks to have been produced with thoughts of a quick victory for the allies as it is dated boldly 1914 - 1915, with a full colour design of the figure of Liberty standing on a eagle wearing the german imperial crown, surrounded by the nations flags backed with sun rays and in each corner the coats of arms for Britain, Russia, Belgium & France, a fine item with no colour loss or damage. |

| Almost mint, unissued condition, 1910 dated wooden map board with scroll bars either side, so a flight map could be attached and scrolled to the right or left by one handed operation, rear of the board is fitted with a leather strap so it can be suecured in place while operated, to the top is an inset compass and on the rear is a protractor device of some sort, these boards could be used in flight by RFC pilots to navigate with one free hand, scarce item in excellent condition. |

| An original letter on RFC headed note paper, from Royal Flying Corps, Netheravon, Wilts. The letter is from a pilot writing to say he flying tomorrow at dawn and is very glad to be off at last and his whole unit is in the best of spirits and is finished simply "Willie" Looks to be written when leaving for the western front but sadly not dated. Letter has been well folded and has been laminated in plastic to preserve it, interesting letter with RFC wings to the top. |

| A relic condition Brodie combat helmet, this is the 1st pattern with the raw edge and the usual mishapen pressing, has the remains of padding & leather strap attached to the rivet in the crown but otherwise liner assembly is missing, the shell itself is sound, not badly pitted but has lost almost all its original finish, a good relic of the firstwar battlefields. |
